Schedule: 24-hour call shifts Mon Sun 5 7 days/month
$4,200 per 24-hour call
Setting: Inpatient Level 1 Trauma Center
EMR: Epic
Patient Volume:
• 8 10 new consults/follow-ups per day
• 5 8 scopes per day

Emergency Privileges Available (1 2 weeks with clean file)
No onsite support staff
Required Procedures: • Endoscopy
• GI Bleed Evaluation
• ERCP Required
• EUS Required (highly preferred)
• Scoping
• Radiologic interpretation
️ Patient Population: • Adults, Adolescents, Geriatrics
• Pediatric trauma (15+ years & 50+ kg only)
• GI is consult-only does not admit
• 24/7 access to Intensivists, Hospitalists, and Trauma Services
Requirements: ️ Board Certified in Gastroenterology
️ Active CO License or IMLC with LOQ Required
️ DEA License Required (must remain active throughout)
️ Gastroenterology Fellowship Required
️ Must be available ongoing coverage
️ ERCP & EUS competency Required
️ Clean malpractice/background Preferred
️ Must complete Epic training modules + virtual session prior to start
Travel Notes: Local/Drive-In Candidates Highly Preferred
️ Lodging must follow facility s preferred hotel list
