Job description

General Accounting Manager

As General Accounting Manager at Fluidstack, you will be a key leader within our Finance organization, responsible for overseeing the core accounting operations that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of our financial records as we scale rapidly. You will manage the day-to-day general ledger function, lead the month-end and year-end close processes, and drive the preparation of timely and reliable financial reporting. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with teams across the business and work closely with senior finance leadership and external auditors to maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness. Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation required
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles
  • Experience leading or supporting month-end and year-end close processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify process improvements and help scale accounting processes as the company grows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at a high-growth technology or infrastructure company
  • Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments
  • Exposure to intercompany accounting and consolidations
  • Experience leading or supporting ERP/accounting system implementations, migrations, or upgrades
  • Experience supporting external audits and liaising with auditors

The salary for this position is $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
