Responsibilities:Manage Seller Leads: Utilize exclusive Zillow seller leads to drive sales and nurture lasting client Evaluations: Conduct thorough property assessments, develop accurate pricing strategies, and prepare detailed market analysis reports.Listing Management: Oversee property preparation, staging, and marketing to ensure listings meet our high standards.Client Service: Provide exceptional service and guidance to sellers from the initial consultation through to closing.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.Continuous Learning: Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and opportunities within the Texas real estate market.
