Primary Care Physician or APP (NP/PA)
Position Overview
Seeking one temporary Primary Care provider (MD/DO, NP, or PA) to provide outpatient coverage while a permanent provider is being onboarded. The assignment is expected to begin in early August and last at least 12 weeks.
Compensation:
Hourly: $175/hr
Overtime: $260/hr

Outpatient Primary Care
Adult and Geriatric patient population
No Emergency Department backup responsibilities
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
Perform pelvic exams and Pap smears
Conduct disability examinations
See approximately patients per day
Practice Details
5 Primary Care Physicians
4 Advanced Practice Providers
No supervision of other providers required
2 3 exam rooms per provider

Requirements
MD/DO or NP/PA
Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become Board Certified within 3 years of training)
Minimum of 1 year of Primary Care experience
Active Michigan medical license
Active DEA
BLS certification
Must be available full-time Monday Thursday
Local Michigan provider (drive-in candidate required)
NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days of presentation
