Clinical Details

  • Scope of Work: 100% Adult med
  • Patients per Shift: 8-10
  • Support Staff: RNs, MA, COA
  • Duties: Independently evaluates patients, documents plan of care, some new patient evaluations (benign and malignant hematology), manages chemo toxicities
  • EMR: Epic

Requirements

  • Active CT License
  • Board Certified
  • ONS chemotherapy cert
  • BLS, ACLS
  • DEA
  • Outpatient hematology experience preferred
  • Chemotherapy prescribing experience (certification)
  • Experience with bone marrow biopsy
  • Epic proficient
