Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $20 - $30 (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician/Engineer to support day-to-day building maintenance and equipment functionality. This person will play a key role in ensuring the facility, production systems, and support equipment are maintained to the highest safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (including AC/DC circuits and 480V high voltage)
- Support HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and refrigeration systems as needed
- Accurately complete work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Inspect buildings, safety systems, and equipment regularly to identify and resolve any issues - Order parts and supplies; coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Assist in planning and executing facility improvement and repair projects
- Operate within a control room environment using computerized tools to monitor alerts and dispatch resources
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and piping schematics
- Support production through light machine troubleshooting when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems or associate's/bachelor's degree in engineering with 2+ years' experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and systems (including 480V)
- Ability to lift 45 lbs or more, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Comfortable standing or sitting at a workstation for extended periods
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade certification or state license in Electrical or HVAC
- Experience with refrigeration or chilled water systems
- Knowledge of CMMS systems, facility regulations, and OSHA safety protocols
- Familiarity with machine maintenance in a manufacturing setting
