You'll work alongside experienced Teammates in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.Core Responsibilities:Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other scheduled maintenance servicesConduct digital vehicle inspections using our Roadworthy Inspection system and document findings accuratelyAssist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics as directedMaintain a clean, organized bay and follow all shop safety proceduresCommunicate professionally with service advisors on job status and findingsParticipate in ongoing training to build technical skills and pursue ASE certificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Genuine interest in automotive service and a desire to grow in the tradeStrong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitudeAbility to work efficiently in a team environmentBasic automotive knowledge (oil types, tire specs, fluid services)Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrierAbility to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs occasionally, and work at a brisk pace in a high-volume environmentPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in an automotive shop, lube center, or dealership service departmentEntry-level ASE certifications (we'll pay for the next ones!)Familiarity with digital inspection tools or shop management software Compensation details: 28-28 Hourly Wage PI3da1f6f9d23f-9377
