Responsibilities: What Wil I Do?Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systemsPerform service and maintenance on:Air conditionersFurnacesHeat pumpsDuctless mini-split systemsHydronic boiler systemsIndoor air quality equipmentConduct comprehensive system evaluations and identify root causes of equipment issuesPresent repair options and recommendations clearly and professionallyPrepare accurate estimates and explain pricing to homeownersOrder required parts and coordinate repairs as neededCollect payment and ensure all service documentation is completed accuratelyBuild lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication and serviceEducate homeowners on system performance, maintenance, and energy-efficiency opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and system reliabilityMaintain compliance with all local, state, and national codesComplete all work according to company quality and safety standardsUtilize ServiceTitan and other technology platforms to document service activitiesMentor and support HVAC Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices in technical development and best practices Qualifications: Do I Have What It Takes?5+ years of residential HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repair experienceProven ability to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of HVAC system issuesStrong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly mannerStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyResults-driven mindset in a performance-oriented environmentExperience with ServiceTitan preferredEPA Certification preferredValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record At Plumbline Services, we invest in our technicians because we know they are the foundation of our success.
