- Strong APP support (at least 1 APC in UC from 7:30a-12a with several overlapping shifts)

Assignment Details- Start: September 1, 2026, ongoing
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a, or 10a-10p), variable
- Commitment: 6-8 shifts/month
- Coverage type: Combined ED/Urgent Care
- Volume: 140 patients/day average across combined ED/UC
- Setting: 38 combined ED/UC beds, Level 2 trauma, tertiary facility
- Support: APC coverage in UC 7:30a-12a with overlapping shifts, RNs, office staff
- Teaching/APP supervision required
- 24-hour subspecialty support: anesthesia, CT surgery, cath lab, general surgery, laboratory, neurosurgery, OR response, orthopedic surgery, radiology, vascular surgery
- L&D department present; newborn deliveries received in ED
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: 60 days (clean files); temp privileges available
- Nearest airport: Central Wisconsin (CWA)
Clinical Details- Combined Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care coverage
- Tertiary Level 2 trauma facility with full subspecialty support
- L&D and newborn delivery handling in ED
Requirements- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM required for this location)
- License: any state accepted (WI obtained during credentialing via Act 10)
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Active DEA
Compensation- Rate negotiable, open to your number
