Interventional Radiologist

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join a growing, physician-led radiology practice. The ideal candidate will provide a full spectrum of image-guided minimally invasive procedures while participating in diagnostic imaging services as desired. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of image-guided minimally invasive procedures, including vascular and non-vascular interventions.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and X-ray (optional for Interventional Radiologists).
- Evaluate patients before and after procedures, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
- Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, oncologists, vascular specialists, and other healthcare providers.
- Perform procedures including:
- Biopsies
- Drain placements
- Vascular access
- Angiography
- Embolization
- Venous interventions
- Dialysis access management
- Additional interventional procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting of procedures and imaging findings.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and departmental meetings.
- Utilize advanced PACS, RIS, and image-guidance technology to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology (IR/DR).
- Eligible for or currently holding an active Missouri or Kansas medical license (preferred for faster onboarding).
- Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology preferred.
- Excellent procedural, clinical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
