Job description

Sol Radiology is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a fully remote teleradiology position. You can practice from anywhere in the United States, provided you hold or are able to obtain an active medical license from the states we support (CA - preferred, IL, KS, MO and OR). Got an IMLC License, you are welcome to join our group too!

Position Highlights
  • 100% remote work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Flexible schedule with daily reading hours of 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (Pacific Time)
  • At least 1-2 shifts a week (preferred) - got any other preferred availability? Let me know!
  • Productivity target of approximately 12 RVUs per reading hour
  • Competitive base compensation of approximately $500,000 annually, plus productivity incentive for full-time or around $400 hourly for Part-Time or Per Diem
  • High-volume, multi-site practice spanning hospital and outpatient settings, with significant emergent/STAT coverage
  • Multiple AI-enabled tools and 24/7 radiologist and IT support, so you can focus on interpretation
  • Professional malpractice (liability) coverage provided, including tail coverage

Responsibilities
  • Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies across hospital and outpatient sites, including X-ray, CT, ultrasound, and MRI, as credentialed
  • Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant reports to referring providers
  • Communicate urgent and critical findings in accordance with established protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to support patient care and treatment planning
  • Maintain compliance with quality assurance, regulatory, and documentation standards
  • Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives as needed
  • Use PACS, RIS, and EMR systems effectively within a remote environment
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or equivalent) both are welcome to apply
  • Active California medical license, or the ability to obtain one (preferred)
  • Illinois medical license preferred but not required we will support obtaining one if you do not already hold it
  • Participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with remote teleradiology workflows preferred
