- Multiple OR options: 9 Main OR + 5 Endoscopy
Assignment Details- Duration: 6 months with locums-to-perm conversion timeline at 6 months
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts; OT after 10 hours
- Volume: 3-5 surgical cases/day in Main OR; 12-15 endoscopy cases/day
- Setting: Hospital-based Main OR and Endoscopy, Level 3 trauma
- ORs: 9 Main OR, 5 Endoscopy
- Staff: collaborative OR team
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- Credentialing: 1 month
- Weekend possibility (not guaranteed)
- Holiday work: 1.5x rate, no 32-hour guarantee on holiday weeks
Clinical Details- CRNA coverage - supervised practice model
- Required procedures: general surgical cases (adult and pediatric), IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases
Requirements- CRNA, Board Certified (AANA)
- ACLS, BLS
- License: active MA license or willing to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads accepted)
- Active DEA
Compensation- Rate negotiable, open to your number
