Job Requirements•Current New York State certification/registration as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). •Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. •Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. •Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations while demonstrating leadership when appropriate. •Knowledge of current and emerging clinical technologies, techniques, and evidence-based practices. •Strong understanding of patient safety, quality assurance, and infection prevention standards. •Knowledge of health promotion, health risk assessment, preventive care, and patient education principles. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
