  • Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru 4/24/2026
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
  • Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted MO license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
