Job description

  • Shifts:
    • M F
    • 8a-430p
    • No weekend, no call
  • Census:
    • 10-12 pts per day
  • Setting:
    • Inpatient unit
    • 22 beds in total
  • Support Staff:
    • Full support staff
    • Nurses, social work, OT, psychiatric technicians
  • Procedures:
    • Most patients present with both addiction and mental health diagnosis
    • At times patients without an addiction history are also admitted to the unit
    • Average length of stay is 7-10 days.
  • EMR:
    • EPIC
  • Board Certification:
    • Preferred BC or BE
    • Suboxone certification is a plus
  • Travel:
    • Facility will cover
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • 30-60 days for full privileges
  • Requirements:
    • Active CT license
