About Lariat Lodge Brewing Company
At Lariat Lodge Brewing Company, we blend the rustic charm of a Colorado mountain lodge with the bold character of craft beer. With locations in Evergreen and Littleton, our brewpubs have become community gathering places where locals and visitors enjoy high-quality beer, scratch-made food, and genuine hospitality. We pride ourselves on brewing a wide selection of exceptional ales and lagers, crafted on-site and served fresh from the source. Our commitment to quality, hospitality, and innovation has helped Lariat Lodge grow into one of Colorado's most recognized independent breweries.

About Our Distribution Program
Lariat Lodge Brewing Company has vision. Our brewing system is capable of producing up to 5,000 barrels annually across both locations, and our distribution program continues to grow quickly. Since launching the program, we have delivered to more than 150 stores, restaurants, and retail partners, with many becoming regular customers. Notable accounts include all 25 Buffalo Wild Wings locations in Colorado, Costco locations across the state, and our branded Lariat Lodge barfront at Dick's Sporting Goods Park, home of the Colorado Rapids. Our goal is to continue expanding throughout Colorado and, eventually, into surrounding states.

About the Role
Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is seeking a dedicated, organized, and self-driven Territory Sales Manager to help oversee and grow our craft beer distribution program. This full-time position plays a key role in building relationships with retail partners, bars, restaurants, and distributors while supporting the logistics that get our beer from brewery to market.

The ideal candidate is passionate about craft beer, motivated by sales growth, comfortable on the road, and able to represent the Lariat Lodge brand with professionalism and energy. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and Ownership and will work closely with brewery operations, distribution, marketing, and leadership to grow sales, strengthen account relationships, support product visibility, and respond to market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate product offerings, pricing, promotions, seasonal releases, and sales goals to accounts.
  • Create and maintain customer sales profiles, account notes, contact information, and important customer details.
  • Track customer orders and help maintain a clear schedule for deliveries, follow-ups, tastings, and sales calls.

Distribution & Logistics Support

  • Assist in maintaining inventory records and monitoring product availability.
  • Work with production and warehouse teams to help ensure product freshness, stock accuracy, and proper storage practices.
  • Monitor delivery timing, route efficiency, and account needs to support cost-effective distribution.
  • Track keg shells, tap handles, invoices, account materials, and other distribution-related assets.
  • Assist with timely collection of payments on invoices as needed.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, account activity, customer feedback, delivery issues, and market opportunities.
  • Analyze sales and delivery data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Help develop sales goals, account priorities, par levels, and territory plans.
  • Contribute ideas for growth through new partnerships, retail placements, events, and promotional activations.
  • Work with ownership, operations, brewing, and marketing teams to align distribution efforts with company goals.

Events & Brand Representation

  • Represent Lariat Lodge Brewing Company at festivals, tastings, beer dinners, promotional events, and account activations.
  • Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing the brewery in the field.
  • Support product launches, seasonal releases, and special distribution promotions.
  • Help accounts understand the story, quality, and value behind the Lariat Lodge brand.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure sales and delivery-related activity complies with applicable local, state, and federal alcohol distribution regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records related to orders, invoices, inventory movement, account activity, and sales performance.
  • Follow company safety standards while handling product, moving kegs, and working in warehouse, brewery, and account environments.
  • Maintain any vehicle-related records required for the role, including driving documentation, insurance, and maintenance reporting when applicable.

  • Ability to lift 55 pounds or more and safely move beer, kegs, cases, displays, and event materials.
  • Ability to drive extended distances and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, tastings, and events.
  • Clean driving record required.
