Inpatient Pharmacist position at Salem Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham.
40 hours per week with rotating day and evening shifts.
Shift times: 7:00am to 3:30pm or 2:00pm to 11:30pm.
Unit: Salem Pharmacy, Inpatient Pharmacy.
Patient population includes newborn through geriatric, medical and behavioral health.
Requires ability to review and interpret medication orders for safety and efficacy and oversight of pharmacy technician work including medication dispenses and IV compounds.
Experience required: Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
Education required: Pharmacy degree.

Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
Documentation of TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date and updated if break >6 months.
Physician health statement within 365 days of start date and updated if break >6 months.
MGB criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if break >6 months.
MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if break >6 months.
MGB resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
Two references within 4 years required for submission, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
MGB skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission.
Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
MGB education verification through background check company.
MGB SSN trace required with criminal check.
MGB national sex offender check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
MGB exclusion checks within 30 days of start and annually.
Optional: Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity preferred.
Optional: Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred.
Optional: Positive PPD with negative chest x-ray documentation if applicable.
Optional: Name change documentation if credentials do not match current legal name.
