Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
Completion of specialty-specific competency testing within the past year is required.
Must provide documentation of physical/health statement within the last year indicating fitness to work.
Must have completed Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Confidentiality and Security Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, and other professional forms as required.
Must provide proof of required vaccinations and health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine booster, MMR, Hepatitis B series, Influenza vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction.
Must complete Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start.
Must complete background checks including criminal background, EPLS, OIG, NSO, MA CORI (if in MA), and OFAC within 30 days of start.

Unit includes Medical/Surgical and Telemetry (Telemetry refers to cardiac monitoring).
