    Job Details
  • Position: MRI Technician specializing in Cardiac imaging.
  • Job Title: Rotating 12s cardiac shift.
  • Description: Cardiac specialty role involving MRI technology.
    Job Requirements
  • BLS certification (AHA preferred).
  • Massachusetts state licensure with primary source verification required within 30 days of start date.
  • ARRT certification required.
  • Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date, updated annually.
  • Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
  • MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
  • TB test documentation within 3 months of start date, updated if break >6 months.
  • Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if break >6 months.
  • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, updated if break >6 months.
  • Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date, updated if break >6 months.
  • Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
  • Two references within 4 years, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset, required for submission.
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
  • Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
  • Education verification through background check company.
  • SSN trace with criminal check.
  • National sex offender check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
  • Exclusion checks within 30 days of start and annually.
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30.
    Additional Details
  • No religious or medical exemptions allowed for Fit Test.
  • Fit Test updates can be done at Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket if assignment is extended due to limited resources on islands.
  • Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation (optional).
  • TB symptom survey required if positive PPD (optional).
  • Name change documentation required if credentials do not match current legal name (optional).
  • Candidate submission coversheet required for initial assignment and new facility submissions.
