Job Title: Physician - Region 3
Location: Chillicothe, OH 45601
Duration: 6+ Month to long term

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with intra- and interdepartmental staff to assess, diagnose, and treat patients using nationally recognized treatment guidelines.
Conduct medical examinations and complete evaluations, reports, and documentation using an electronic health record (EHR) system.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to support clinical decision-making.
Prescribe, manage, and monitor medications as appropriate.
Complete reclassifications, medical reviews, and other assessments as required.
Make referrals for specialized care or additional treatment when clinically indicated.
Perform all duties within the appropriate scope of practice and in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, protocols, and American Correctional Association (ACA) standards.
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives, including peer review activities.
Engage in collaborative agreements as required.
Manage a patient caseload of up to 2.5 patients per hour
