- Partnership Opportunities: Partnership track with equal pay per day model and long-term earning potential up to $750K-$1M+; opportunity to grow within an expanding IR service line
Compensation & Benefits :
- Compensation: $550,000 base (Year 1) increasing to $600,000 (Year 2) with partnership upside
- Additional Bonus Incentives: Optional wRVU-based compensation for additional reads/shifts (details to be confirmed)
- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 - $75,000+ sign-on bonus (flexible)

Qualifications :
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Licensure: Eligible for California medical licensure
- Skillset: Broad procedural competency including biopsies, drains, vascular interventions, and general IR procedures; comfort in high-volume environment preferred
- Experience: Open to experienced physicians and fellows
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis
