Compensation
- Hourly pay of $22-$23 (based on a 40hr work week)

Home Time & Schedule
- Home-daily with consistent schedules
- Spotter duties include moving trailers in the yard, in and out of dock doors, and yard checks for trailer maintenance and counts
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1-year relevant tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years
- Hiring Radius: Prefer drivers living within 35 miles of Napoleon, OH
