Compensation

  • Hourly pay of $22-$23 (based on a 40hr work week)
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time & Schedule

  • Home-daily with consistent schedules
  • Spotter duties include moving trailers in the yard, in and out of dock doors, and yard checks for trailer maintenance and counts

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant tractor-trailer experience
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years
  • Hiring Radius: Prefer drivers living within 35 miles of Napoleon, OH
