- Learn about and be able to answer questions regarding STIHL outdoor power tools.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance parts visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies within the parts department.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; automotive industry experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in automotive parts sales or management.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience making hydraulic hoses.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
