We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join a patient-focused outpatient practice offering strong work-life balance and long-term career stability. New graduates are welcome.
Schedule
Mon: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tue-Thu: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sat: 1st & 3rd only, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
No evenings Off major holidays

Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited program
Completed OB/GYN residency
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Indiana license (or eligible)
DEA license (or eligible)
Interest in community-based outpatient care
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $230k-$250k
$5,000 CME + 40 CME hours
$5,000 relocation reimbursement
Retention bonus
Guaranteed 2.5% annual salary increase
