PRN Inpatient Psychiatrist - Johnson City, TNSeeking a PRN inpatient psychiatrist to provide services in Johnson City, Tennessee.Position Details
- PMHNP's on staff to assist the unit and to see adult consults
- Social Workers/Therapist onsite
- Treatment Team done daily
- RN/LPN/ Tech staff
- Nurse Manager on both units
- Hours/Day: 8-Hour day, can begin at 8am or 9am. 8-5 or 9-6.
- 2nd certs (CON's) during call: 2nd certs are required for any TN admissions which are involuntary. These are done via laptop or tablet and secure portal.
Unit DemographicsAdult, sub-acute population. We do take some Gero-psych patients depending on level of functioning.Main diagnosis: bipolar, schizo affective disorder, secondary detox, depression, insomnia, suicidal ideations.EMR: EPICCommunity DetailsThe Appalachian Highlands consists of three mid-sized cities (Bristol, TN/VA; Kingsport, TN; Johnson City, TN).
