Physicals, New patient visits, Well child, well baby, Sports physicals, Well woman, Minor procedures like Cryotherapy, POCT: HgbA1c, Urinalysis and Retinal Machine for photos

EMR: EPIC

Hospital: clinic

Group/support: 2 LVNs, 6 MA s

Requirements (boards, license): Board certified, active CA license and EPIC experience preferred.
