Patient Population: Adult (high-acuity, noncompliant population; family frequently present)
Support Model: APP support provided
Call Structure: Shared call
Offsite call with 30-minute response for emergent consults
12-hour response for routine consults
Called in after hours 1 2x/week
Most common call reason: active GI bleed
