Position Overview:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: Clinic coverage (1 2 weeks per month) with additional call
- Call: Weeknight and weekend call (approximately 1:6 rotation)
- Setting: Combination of inpatient and outpatient
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide electrophysiology cardiology care in both clinic and hospital settings
- Perform and interpret procedures including cardioversions and TEE
- Read echocardiograms and nuclear studies
- Participate in rounding, admissions, and call coverage
- Average patient volume: patients per day
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with pacemaker procedures is a plus
- Must be actively practicing electrophysiology
Support & Environment:
- Established cardiology program
- EMR system: Epic
- Collaborative clinical team
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiology (Electrophysiology)
- Active Washington license required at time of submission
- DEA required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Recent EP case logs required
