Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary with RVU-based production incentive

- Production Incentive: RVU-based productivity compensation

Qualifications
- Otolaryngology: General ENT with autonomy to develop regional sub-specialty referral interests
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
- Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
