Description: Join E.V. Bishoff's dynamic team as a Site Manager, where you'll oversee daily operations , ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional service. Be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the property, while leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service to our tenants and prospective tenants. This position is M-F. - Oversee and manage tenant appreciation activities - Coordinate and supervise on site personnel and subcontractors - Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and E.V. Bishoff's quality standards (Walking the building several times daily) - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise promptly and professionally - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment - Manage site documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports - Prepare and present site reports to the Superintendent and Regional Property Manager - Schedule and coordinate materials delivery. - Keep common areas in pristine condition and well supplied - Facilitate regular site meetings to discuss project updates and address all concerns. - Ensure complete tenant satisfaction - Identify and mitigate potential risks and have them addressed and corrected - Maintain high attention to detail - Foster a positive culture for the tenants and the staff Requirements: - Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years in apartment or building site management - Proven track record retaining customers/clients/tenants - Strong knowledge of building compliance and regulations at the local and state level - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Proficient in CRM systems - Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work under pressure PIfb0b0ffbde30-04695c143e31-5e48-4549-b2d185386
