- License/Certs: Active CA license, ABEM/ABEOM certification, BC or BE within 5 years
- Experience: 2+ years of current hospital clinical activity in Emergency Medicine
Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: $1.00 (plus night shift incentive of $25/hour confirmed)

What You ll Do: - Provide emergent care for approximately 110 patients per 24 hours at a well-equipped facility
- Assist in managing a busy emergency department during your assigned night shifts
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
- Follow hospital protocols for patient assessment, treatment, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements
What You Need: - Valid California medical license
- ABEM or ABEOM certification (excluding ABIM/ABFM)
- BC or BE in Emergency Medicine within 5 years
- Minimum 2 years hospital ER experience in current practice
- Current case logs and hospital privileges (as required)
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to high-volume emergency settings
