Department Description:New Medical Oncology and Hematology practice opening September 8, 2026.
The practice has hired one full-time employed physician and is continuing to build the oncology program.
Community-based practice providing comprehensive oncology and hematology care.
Types of Cases:
- General Medical Oncology
- General Hematology
Support Staff:The new practice will include:
- 2 Front Office Staff
- 1 Registered Nurse
- 1 Medical Assistant
- 1 Nurse Navigator
- Additional support personnel
Facility Details:131-bed hospital
EMR:EPIC
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology - Required
- Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) - Required at presentation
- DEA - Required
Credentialing Timeframe:Approximately 90 days
