  • Schedule/Shift hours Clinic M-F, Call x 7days (24h)
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Types of Cases: Standard urology procedures in the clinic and the operating room
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
  • Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified; Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Licensure Required: Must have an active state license
  • Expected start date: ASAP start until December 2026
