Job description

  • Specialty: Gen Anesthesiologist
  • Dates/Schedule: June 1-7, August 1 - September 20, October 12-18, Oct 24 - Nov 1, Nov 21 - Jan4
  • Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
  • Call Ratio: 2 On / 2 off. Response - 30 minutes. Hours 3 PM - 7 AM. Back up call every night.
  • Case Mix: Gen, Endo, OB (less than 450 deliveries), Ortho (some spines), URO, GYN, Podiatry, cardiac (less than 380/year- cath lab and TEE)
  • Must be Proficient: Spinals, blocks, Epidurals
  • # of Providers per day: 4
  • # of OR's: 4
  • CV room: 1
  • Active License
  • Credentialing Time Frame: 45-90 days
  • Case Logs Required: proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
  • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALSThe Independence Difference:
