Advantage Honda of Fox Lake is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-obsessed Customer Relations Manager to elevate our in-store experience and online presence.
This is not a desk-only role we want someone who is active on the showroom floor, engaging customers, celebrating purchases, and helping create memorable moments.
You will play a key role in:
- Capturing customer delivery moments (photos, videos)
- Engaging with customers after purchase
- Driving online reviews (Google, Yelp, etc.)
- Creating a fun, high-energy dealership atmosphere
Requirements:
- Outgoing, energetic personality (must love engaging with people)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable approaching customers proactively
- Basic social media and smartphone/photo skills
- Automotive or customer-facing experience preferred
- Organized and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
