- Join an established Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine team of 4 Pulmonologists, 3 APCs, 3 Respiratory Therapists, and 1 Nurse Clinician
- Progressive Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice with a collegial care model
- Provide Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine coverage
- Opportunity for telemedicine consults

- EMR: EPIC
- Some travel to outreach sites

Compensation & Recruitment Package:- Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000

Job Qualifications:- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 5+ years of experience required
- New York State NP/PA license or eligibility
- BLS certification required
- DEA required
- Pulmonary or Sleep Medicine experience preferred
