Job description

  • Hospital employed physician group
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician
  • Shift is 7 on/ 7 off

  • Requires 30 minute response time sleep room available for this position if needed
  • Average of 4 hours of rounding per day and then must be available on call. Inpatient rounding is primarily newborns. Pediatric census is small, with 2-3 dedicated beds.
  • Must be NRP certified and able to intubate, chest tubes and surfactant.
  • Level 2 nursery (4 special care beds, 20 regular new born beds)
