About the Role:We re seeking a dedicated and experienced Pain Management Physician to join a growing clinical team in Gadsden, AL. This physician will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, using a combination of interventional procedures and evidence based medical management. You will work in a collaborative, patient focused environment committed to restoring function and improving quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical exam, and diagnostic interpretation
- Develop individualized pain management strategies tailored to patient needs
- Provide interventional procedures (e.g., nerve blocks, injections, pain procedures) as indicated
- Prescribe medications and adjunct therapies appropriately
- Educate patients and families about treatment options and expectations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine or equivalent specialty
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Alabama
- Strong clinical and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive annual compensation: approximately $365,000 $550,000+ depending on experience and structure.
