What You ll Do:
  • Provide expert neonatal care in a 30-bed Level 3 NICU with approximately 17 patients daily
  • Manage care for over 400 NICU admissions annually
  • Collaborate closely with a team of 7 neonatologists and multidisciplinary staff
  • Participate in clinical care, including advanced neonatal procedures such as HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring residents, students, and new staff
  • Support a regional perinatal center with 4,000 deliveries annually
  • Foster a supportive environment for families and staff, emphasizing quality and compassionate care
  • Comply with hospital policies, standards, and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:
  • Valid New Jersey medical license
  • Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
  • Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to excellent patient care and safety
