The ENT Physician Job Description:- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Day shift, M-F working clinic hours
- $75K Sign On Bonus and up to $15K relocation assistance
- Great leadership and administration team!
The ENT Minimum Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
- Possess or able to obtain an unrestricted IL Medical License
- Licensed by the FDEA
