Key Responsibilities
As a Nurse Practitioner you will:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-ups
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
Prescribe medications and therapies under state scope
Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ideal Qualifications
Active Alaska NP License (or ability to obtain)
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered focus
Outpatient or specialty experience preferred (open to discussion)
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
