Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-ups

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs

  • Prescribe medications and therapies under state scope

  • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Ideal Qualifications
  • Active Alaska NP License (or ability to obtain)

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)

  • Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered focus

  • Outpatient or specialty experience preferred (open to discussion)

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
