Plant Manager

$120,000 - $150,000 DOE + Bonus
Monday - Friday Core Business Hours

We're recruiting for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing facility in Canton, OH.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a growing operation, leading manufacturing, safety, quality and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing operations team.
What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Drive production performance, efficiency and continuous improvement
- Develop, coach and lead production teams
- Manage labour utilisation, operational costs and departmental budgets
- Champion a strong safety-first culture
- Ensure quality, delivery and customer performance targets are achieved
- Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams
- Monitor KPIs and implement operational improvement plans
- Support future business growth and plant expansion
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Senior Production Manager
- Background within high-volume manufacturing
- Proven leadership of large manufacturing teams
- Experience improving productivity, quality and operational performance
- Strong commercial awareness with P&L and budget responsibility
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
