We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to serve as the Residency Program Director for a newly established PM&R Residency Program in Jacksonville, Florida.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the PM&R Residency Program
- Develop curriculum, educational initiatives, and resident evaluations
- Ensure compliance with ACGME accreditation standards
- Mentor residents, faculty, and medical students
- Maintain an active inpatient rehabilitation practice
- Participate in scholarly activities and academic research
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to grow the residency program
- Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based rehabilitation care
Qualifications Required
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Minimum of three years of Graduate Medical Education leadership experience
- Active clinical practice experience
- Demonstrated scholarly activity within the past five years
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure
- Current unrestricted DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Program Director, Associate Program Director, or Core Faculty member
- Strong interest in curriculum development and resident education
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
