Schedule
- Call-only coverage
- 24-hour beeper call (8:00 AM-8:00 AM)
- Select July dates include daytime coverage (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) with overnight beeper call
- Individual dates available; partial coverage welcomed
- Average callback: 2-6 hours per 24-hour call shift
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Arizona medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
- Active DEA
- Minimum of one year of urology experience
- Case logs demonstrating recent procedural experience
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccination (exemptions considered)
