- Inpatient-only setting
- No outpatient responsibilities
- Level III Nursery
- Epic EMR

- Low-risk pregnancies
- High-risk pregnancies
- Multiple gestations/twins
- Toxemia
- Diabetes in pregnancy
- Chronic cardiac conditions
- Chronic pulmonary disease
- Chronic renal disease
- Pyelonephritis
Labor & Delivery
- Vaginal deliveries
- Operative vaginal deliveries (low forceps)
- C-section decision-making
- Cesarean sections
- Breech deliveries
- Multiple births
- Placental abruptions
- VBAC management
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
Gynecology
- Emergency GYN coverage for unassigned patients
- Diagnostic laparoscopy
- Tubal ligation
- Lysis of adhesions (LOA)
- Chromotubation
- Open gynecologic procedures
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced OB Hospitalist/Laborist
- Comfortable managing both low- and high-risk obstetric patients
- Proficient in operative deliveries and emergency obstetric procedures
- Interested in a locums-to-permanent opportunity
