Nurse Practitioner Employee Health Clinic South Burlington, VT

Schedule

  • Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8am 4:30pm

  • 3 month contract

Role Overview

  • Provide primary/acute care to adult employees of the City of South Burlington

  • Outpatient employee health clinic setting

  • All adult patients

  • Perform work related physicals, assessments, and treatment plans

Requirements

  • Board certified Family NP (ANCC or AANP)

  • Active Vermont NP license

  • DEA required

  • 2+ years primary care NP experience
