What You ll Do
- Provide anesthesia support for procedures across Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro departments (excluding Neonatal & Heart cases)
- Support staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists (doctorally directed)
- Manage patients ranging from all age groups (excluding Neonatal), with daily caseloads of 1 9 patients
- Perform intubation, central line placement, arterial lines, and other advanced anesthesia procedures
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety and care
- Work collaboratively in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center environment
- Participate in NORA call coverage as required
What You Need
- NBCRNA Board Certification
- Kentucky State license (or willingness to license)
- Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience (no new grads)
- Skills in intubation, line placements, arterial access
- Flexibility to work 4 consecutive days/week (8s, 10s, or 12s shifts preferred)

This position is based at a top-tier Level 1 Trauma Center in Lexington, KY, covering diverse vascular, trauma, neuro, and orthopedic cases. The CRNA will work closely with anesthesiology and support staff, mainly focusing on teaching and procedural support, enjoying a dynamic and collaborative environment.
