Our client is an innovative technology company focused on developing advanced solutions for atmospheric water harvesting and energy-efficient systems. They are seeking a Production Machine Operator for their facility here in Newark DE. The position is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. The right candidate will be able to follow directions, demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude, and contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing process.
-Perform chemical production and radiator coating processes while operating safely and following strict PPE requirements
-Use basic hand tools to support general assembly responsibilities and troubleshoot production equipment issues as needed
-Complete quality testing using measurement instruments such as pH probes, viscometers, conductivity probes, and microscopes
-Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing environment while supporting safety, efficiency, and continuous process improvements
Job Requirements:
-Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
-Ability to follow instructions, learn new processes quickly, and take direction effectively
-Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive team-oriented attitude
-Comfortable performing hands-on, light to moderate physical work; basic hand tool experience is a plus
