Contract Duration: 1 Year
Shifts: Multiple Shifts Available

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operator I to perform manufacturing and assembly operations in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, be comfortable using microscopes, and be able to follow detailed work instructions while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manufacturing and assembly operations according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Use microscopes to inspect and assemble small components.
  • Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Work in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Meet production and quality goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device manufacturing is a plus).
  • Comfortable working with microscopes.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding training).
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Ability to use hand tools.
  • Must pass an eye exam and color vision test.
  • Stable work history with no frequent job changes.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Ability to crawl, squat, climb, bend, twist, stoop, push, and pull as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Good close, distance, and color vision with depth perception and focus adjustment.
