What You ll Do: - Perform newborn nursery examinations and assessments
- Conduct circumcisions and other neonatal procedures
- Collaborate with neonatal intensivists, hospitalists, and subspecialists in a Level 3 NICU
- Participate in education of residents and medical students
- Work alongside dedicated nurses trained in neonatal care
- Utilize Certified Lactation Specialist support available 365 days/year
- Contribute to patient-centered care in a hospital setting with 24/7 neonatology coverage
- Engage in continuous quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
What You Need: - Valid MD/DO license in Nevada or the ability to obtain licensure there
- Certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Experience in neonatal or pediatric inpatient medicine preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
